Owners
At Property Management of Kansas City, it is the owner's responsibility to complete any repairs affecting your ability to use any living area. We are retained by the owner and do not own your property. While we may offer suggestions or opinions, the property owner has the final decision on all matters related to the property.
Residents
Residents are required to adhere to the terms of the lease, make timely rent payments, and maintain the property during their tenancy. Tenants should keep the property clean and tidy and report any issues promptly to prevent them from escalating.
